Job Description:
- Be knowledgeable about the product (answer questions about the products)
- Ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid presentation to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreement.
- Reach out to customer leads through a scheduled calling.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs (Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion)
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Perform sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (experience in SALES)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- With Driving Skills
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Description:
- Client coordination – Answers concerns and taking orders from customers; assist and entertains walk-in customers
- Processing orders of the customers (through phone or email)
- Drafts Sales Quotations and confirms Customers Orders
- Updates, monitors and reports on inventories and other records
- System Encoding of purchase orders and related data
- Responding to customer request and complaints
- Coordinating with Sales Representatives and other departments with regard to products or other queries
- Accomplishment of sales reports and other related staff functions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must be at least a four (4) years College graduate with Business related courses
- Work experience as coordinator, sales representative and office staff
- Preferred with accounting degree or related accountancy knowledge
- Work Exposure on MS word and Excel
- Knowledge of machine technology and food processing is an advantage

Job Description:
- Research and connect to potential suppliers
- Compare and evaluate the products of different suppliers
- Prepare purchase request and purchase quotation for approval of Superior / Manager.
- Coordinate with supplier for the expected delivery lead time.
- Received correct invoice, billing statement receipt (CR, AR, OR, SI, etc.)
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Track and follow up order to ensure timely delivery
- Review and records the price of purchase products.
- Do other task assigned by Supervisor / Head with the connection of the jobs.
- Prepare monthly report of served and unserved purchase request.
- Daily communicate of the needed supplier
- Looking outside supplier / walk-in if the items is out of stock from the expected supplier.

- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to troubleshoot them
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers

- Makes detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Background Education on Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration Engineering and other related courses
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
- Willing to travel and going to provincial trips
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Working knowledge of bakery and chocolate equipment is an advantage
- Ability to effectively manage time
